PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
She has more than 11 years of experience within the sectors of Consultancy and Human Resources. Before joining Bao & Partners, Belen worked in two of the most important Headhunting companies; she was a Senior Associate in Heidrick & Struggles and a Consultant in Seeliger and Conde. She also worked in Pepsico as an Assistant for the Director of Human Resources and in Accenture as an Assistant.
