Ignacio, Bao & Partners´ President and Signium International´s Chairman, has a BS in Business Administration and Economics from the Vigo University

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
He has more than 21 years of experience within the sectors of Consultancy, Industry and Leadership Services. Prior to founding Bao & Partners, Ignacio spent 8 years with two major multinational Executive Search firms, H. Neumann Int. and recently Heidrick & Struggles, where he held the position of Senior Partner during the last 5 years, managing the Professional Services Practice for Europe and Latin America. Formerly he worked as Division General Manager for an Industrial public company and he began his career with Arthur Andersen.
In 2008 Ignacio has been named among the The World’s 50 Most Influential Headhunters by BusinessWeek Magazine.

Ignacio is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
