Erika has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Iberoamerican University (Dominican Republic), and a Masters’s Degree in International Marketing from the University of Girona (Spain). She also completed a Certificate Program in International Business in Manhattanville College.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Erika has more than 4 years of professional experience between Spain and Dominican Republic, in the fields of Education, Banking, and Marketing. Before incorporating in Bao & Partners, she worked for 1Global Translators as General Submanager.. Previous to this, she worked at Transglobal Bank, Ltd. and The George Washington School of Santo Domingo.

LANGUAGES
Erika is originally from Dominican Republic and is bilingual Spanish-English. She also has basic knowledge of French.
