Rafael has a BS in Law with Honors from the Universidad de Zaragoza.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
He has more than 30 years of experience, first as a State Lawyer and then as independent lawyer specializing in matters such as Civil, Mercantile, Process, Constitutional, and Administrative Law. Prior to joining Bao & Partners, he held the position of Legal Director of the Judicial Affairs Department of the CEOE and was a Law Professor in Universidad of San Sebastián. He is currently the Secretary of the Board of several companies and foundations.

LANGUAGES
Rafael speaks both Spanish and French fluently.
