Richard, Advisor to the Chairman, has an Associate Degree in Science and in Animal Husbandry from the Eastern Oklahoma A&M University and a Master´s degree in Political Science and Human Resources from the San Francisco University.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
He holds more than 40 years of international experience in the Human Resources area in USA, Latin America and Europe. Prior to joining Bao & Partners, he was the Vice President and Director of Human Resources at The Dow Chemical Company, American Express, Abbott Laboratories and, most recently, The Coren Group.

LANGUAGES
Richard has British nationality and is fluent both in Spanish and English .
