Alfonso, Managing Director, has a BS in Business Administration from ICADE and a MBA from the Columbia University.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
He has more than 29 years of professional experience, 15 of them in the Executive Search sector. He has developed his professional career primarily in America and Europe. Prior to joining Bao & Partners, he was the Vice President of the Investment Banking Division in JP Morgan as well as Citibank in New York and Madrid. Furthermore, as Senior Partner he was responsible for the Financial Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles for 10 years.
