CHALLENGE
Our client, an international firm, was searching for a partner to strengthen a practice with a high demand in the market.

METHODOLOGY
Following a thorough market research in all top level national and international offices, reference partners were identified in each of the national offices as well as Spanish partners working in this practice abroad. Checks were made in the market and with the client to determine who the most outstanding partners in the practice were. The most valued candidates were interviewed, focusing on identifying the extent of their interest in initiating and executing a new project in a Practice of such characteristics, and had the experience necessary to take on the ambitious challenge ahead.

RESULTS
Throughout the process, in conjunction with the client, we identified the possibility of being more ambitious and, rather than recruiting a partner, the decision was made to assume the challenge of integrating a firm.

After a long, highly confidential process, it was successfully concluded to integrate two prestigious firms, the result being a new market leader.
