CHALLENGE
Our client, a leading international financing company, needed to recruit highly specialized profiles, in structured products and by-products of variable and fixed income, for various countries in central and southern Europe. The aim was to recruit top ranking professionals in the fields of management and marketing of said products.
METHODOLOGY
With the BAO & Partners team in Spain, and through the Signium International network, reference markets were explored to ensure that all the appropriate candidates were included in the final listing.
RESULTS
